Job Context:
∎ This is one of the largest leading woven outerwear (Tops & bottom) Jacket manufacturing companies in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for IE Executive for its IE Department. Must have working experience in Garments Industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Machine layout and bulletin.
∎ Man-Machine report.
∎ Bottleneck monitoring in production lines.
∎ Training production staff on efficiency.
∎ Production monitoring as per set target.
∎ Daily line-wise target setup.
∎ Wastage control.
∎ Develop Multi skills operator.
∎ Prepare regular loss time.
∎ Prepare regular SMV calculation.
∎ Calculate WIP of lines.
∎ Method Study & Method development.
∎ Motion Study.
∎ Monitoring and optimize machine Productivity.
∎ Research and development for improving all factory department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
