∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Pre-production activities.
∎ Must confirm all layout & method going on as per tech IE's given layout & method.
∎ Skill Matrix assessment. (Right man right process).
∎ Prepared the line layout with technician, maintenance
∎ Cycle check & M/C work process flow chart after completed issue.
∎ Make the Line Graph and find out bottleneck area and analysis data.
∎ Balance the line after cycle check with factory Technician.
∎ Workplace engineering (Simplifying or modifying the method)
∎ BNA (Bottleneck Analysis) update, Efficiency calculation.
∎ WIP control, Hourly input & output follow-up, Prepare OT schedule.
∎ 8 wastage (DOWNTIME) control.
∎ Manpower allocation daily, 5s, maintain NPT record.
∎ Educate sew management to calculate Eff%/TGT/DHU.
∎ Must be able to keep good historical records and prepare required reports on time.

∎ Age 22 to 32 years
