Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Masters of commerce ( If have sweater experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Do Method Study, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ Do garments manufacturing process break down, machine layout.
∎ Determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials;
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills Educational Requirements.
∎ FILES & DOCUMENTS TO BE MAINTAINED:
∎ Style layout and OB sheet
∎ Sewing master file
∎ Daily Production Reports (DPR) for company and buyers.
∎ Production and quality formats of garments sections.
∎ Management reporting (manual and e-mail based).
∎ Floor BRT reports.
∎ Method improvement files.
∎ CORE JOBS: Time study, Capacity study, line balancing, Operator recruitment, skill assessment, SMED, Help Improve productivity and quality through root cause analysis, maintaining BRT, Line feeding reporting, Bottleneck solving and method improvement, WIP control.
∎ WORK OBJECTIVES:
∎ Utilization of production inputs-Machines, raw materials men (minutes capacity).
∎ Identifying the reasons of NPT (Non Productive Time) from production process.
∎ Increase efficiency of production.
∎ Improve production quality.
∎ Be in process of continual development of working efficiency and quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant who have experience to do work in the sweater factory may be relaxed for his experienced.
∎ Minimum 2 year experience in IE & Planning Department.
∎ Without knowledge on following sector not need to apply.
∎ The applicants should have 2 year experience in the following area (S): Production, Floor/Line Management, Work Study, and Planning.
∎ Only experienced candidate should apply.
