Responsibilities & Context:
Design layout of equipment and work space to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
Conducting Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
Conducting capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating operators` performing below the standard
Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for available operators.
Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintaining skill matrix record.
List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiency
Check, record & necessary steps to reduce or eliminate nonproductive time (NPT).
Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping
Set-up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor. 11. Prepare daily man to machine ratio report.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
