∎ Age 26 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Design layout of equipment and work space to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ 2. Conducting Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
∎ 3. Conducting capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
∎ 4. Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating operators' performing below the standard
∎ 5. Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for available operators.
∎ 6. Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintaining skill matrix record.
∎ 7. List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiency
∎ 8. Check, record & necessary steps to reduce or eliminate nonproductive time (NPT).
∎ 9. Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping
∎ 10. Set-up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor. 11. Prepare daily man to machine ratio report.
∎ 12. To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
