Job Context:
∎ Social and Economic Enhancement Programme - SEEP is a private voluntary development organization with a vision to create a society for children which is free of exploitation, discrimination and violence and supports growth to their highest potential. Established in 1985 with its head office in Dhaka and has the mandate to protect the children from all sorts of hazardous condition including disaster and emergencies across Bangladesh.
∎ SEEP works in urban context and has been implementing a project titled Skills to Succeed with financial support from Save the Children in Bangladesh to achieve the goal that Deprived adolescent and youth in targeted urban and rural areas of Bangladesh have improved their economic, social status with Skills.
∎ Now, SEEP invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position for its Skills to Succeed (S2S) Project supported by Save the Children in Bangladesh.
∎ This job description and person specification may be subject to change because of operational requirements.
∎ Duration : 02 Years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The objective of the ICT Instructors is to work with the skill to succeed project who support S2S learner to achieve their goals in maintaining or obtaining their skill related employment in the labor market.
∎ Key Area 1: Planning and execution of skills training program Module
∎ Develop lesson plan, assessment tools, etc. for imparting training
∎ Plan and carryout academic activities
∎ SEL, GM, Digital Skill Training Module Develop
∎ Key Area 2: Training delivery and guidance to learners
∎ Maintain an interactive learning environment
∎ Motivate learners and maintain their full attendance
∎ Maintain quality of training programs
∎ Provide easy access and full supports (inside and outside the classroom) to learners for learning.
∎ SEL, GM, Digital Skill Training for Children of 10-14 years of age in School and Club
∎ Key Area 3: General
∎ Carry out tasks as and when required and asked by the management/ supervisor
∎ Take responsibility of Club if CM not present
∎ Help improve & Achieve Employment Support with personal or technical enhancements.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Project Coordinator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience of working in NGO.
