Job Context:
∎ SKS Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) working in Bangladesh since 1987 with poor and marginalized population including char dwellers, ethnic minority, landless and marginal farmers, disaster and climate vulnerable households with special focus on women and children. It works with multidisciplinary approach with a mission to improve social and economic conditions of the poor and marginalized population by reducing their exposure to climate and disaster risks and improving access to development opportunities and resources.
∎ SKS foundation is looking for a dynamic, committed and self-driven individual for the position of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Officer. This is a Mid-level position with day-to-day multi-tasking responsibility to serve routine human resource management functions. Women are specially encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive online job applications and deal with computer data entry with customized software to support shortlisting and subsequent recruitment process.
∎ Ensuring safety and security of HR related documents/files and update information/ databases maintained by HR on a regular basis.
∎ Support line manager in shortlisting applications, contacting candidates and organizing written exams and interview.
∎ Maintain staff record/file – both manual and electronic as per policy and HR guidelines of the organization and update them as and when required.
∎ Assist senior management and individual team leaders with application shortlisting and HR related staff information for administrative decision.
∎ Handle HR related online systems and databases already developed or yet to be developed in future to support a range of management functions and decision making.
∎ Deal with data migration and cross verification (authenticity check) in case of change in systems and policy.
∎ Assist line manager (Deputy Director) in revisiting existing HR policy/manuals and update them as per decision of the senior management team.
∎ Contribute to shift from manual to gradual automation of the routine and main Human Resource Management activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience using any kind of HR customized software is essential.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of HR operation, compensation and benefits, attendance, leave management, payroll management and willing to develop HRIS Software.
∎ Professional integrity is a non-negotiable competency required for this position. The applicant must be a team player with mutual trust and respect for each other in a team. S/he is expected to be a self-motivated person with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits will be as per organization policy
