Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner for assigned business units, providing expert guidance and practical human resource solutions.

  • Ensure smooth recruitment process such as finding and hiring new employees.

  • To execute payroll activities on time

  • Maintaining employee database records, including contact, educational, and personal information.

  • Implementing safety programs and creating a safe work environment for the employees.

  • Handling disciplinary actions and take effective steps to solve any issues

  • Oversee workforce planning, performance evaluation, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives and increase employee engagement.

  • Design and deliver effective employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure suitable candidates are placed in appropriate roles.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate future talent needs and develop strong talent pipelines.

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, and senior executives.

  • Compile, analyze, and present HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to management and key decision-makers.

  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports on HR activities.

  • Support senior management with analytical reports, data insights, and special HR projects.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies by maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
