Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers and implement the training calendar.
∎ Design and update competency framework in coordination with strategic direction and functional objectives
∎ Design Performance Management System based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management system across the functions.
∎ Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across functions
∎ Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with HRIS Team
∎ Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across functions and branches
∎ Formulate HR Policy Framework
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Thorough understanding of training processes.
∎ Ability to manage large groups.
∎ Well organized
∎ HRIS related documentation handling & Analytical skills
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
