Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels.
Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for riders.
Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.
Coordinate with the central office to align hub activities with company goals.
Monitor and maintain hub inventory and supplies.
Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries.
Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department.
Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
