Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels.
∎ Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct training and performance evaluations for riders.Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
∎ Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.
∎ Coordinate with the central office to align hub activities with company goals.
∎ Monitor and maintain hub inventory and supplies.
∎ Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department.
∎ Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
