∎ Delegate task and set deadlines.
∎ Monitoring team performance and report on metrics.
∎ Organization and utilization of workforce.
∎ Leading executive/senior executive position employees.
∎ Working closely with software team.
∎ Talent acquisition and onboarding new employees.
∎ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
∎ Maintain company culture and handle disciplinary actions.
∎ Assist end user with technical issues and queries.
∎ Handling end users needs and requirements.
∎ Working with HR reports and documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be fluent in English.
∎ Candidate having experience in working in IT company will be emphasized.

Salary:
