Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for publishing recruitment information, collecting, screening resumes, inviting, interviewing, and providing follow-up tracking services after joining the company
∎ Daily management of human resources such as salary, assessment, and employee relations
∎ Responsible for monthly social security, housing provident fund, and salary work
∎ Responsible for changes, renewals, terminations, and early termination of labor contracts for company employees
∎ Manage labor contracts, employee information materials, and various personnel file materials
∎ Coordinate the relationships between various departments and maintain good interaction with employees to properly handle various personnel issues that arise
∎ Corporate culture training
