Responsible for publishing recruitment information, collecting, screening resumes, inviting, interviewing, and providing follow-up tracking services after joining the company
Daily management of human resources such as salary, assessment, and employee relations
Responsible for monthly social security, housing provident fund, and salary work
Responsible for changes, renewals, terminations, and early termination of labor contracts for company employees
Manage labor contracts, employee information materials, and various personnel file materials
Coordinate the relationships between various departments and maintain good interaction with employees to properly handle various personnel issues that arise
