Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field.
∎ Experienced candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or L.L.B/L.L.M will also be considered. Academic qualification may also be relaxed for highly experienced candidates in HR Field.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to Head of Operation (HoO) for HR related matters as appropriate to the role.
∎ Responsible for systematic Personal file management and Leave management.
∎ Provide management information reports related to HR.
∎ Help to draw up future needs of Human Resource of the Programs/ Projects.
∎ Coordinate the recruitment process under the guidance of Head of Operations (HoO).
∎ Ensure compliance of HR Policies (including safe recruitment process,) and other associate policies while dealing any HR Matters.
∎ Prepare Employment Notice.
∎ Plan and ensure new employee orientation/induction.
∎ Produce letters related to Job Offer, Appointment, Transfer, Promotion, deployment, assignment, appreciation, disciplinary actions, staff separation, and termination, etc..
∎ Develop and regularly update job description.
∎ Coordinate Employee Performance Process for Annual Increment/Renewal of job contract.
∎ Conduct staff assessment as assigned by the Management.
∎ Assist in handling staff grievance.
∎ Assist to identify staff training needs on the basis of performance appraisal report and ensure need based training for respective groups/individuals timely and appropriately.
∎ Undertake field/project Office visit on various HR issues as assigned.
∎ Deal internal and external Auditor (s) on HR issues during audit.
∎ Take steps for Team Building among the staff members for overall growth of the organizational effectiveness.
∎ Assist HoO to coordinate the training/workshop/seminar/meeting.
∎ Facilitate the training/workshop session on HR issues as assigned.
∎ Provide necessary support to organize Knowledge Development Session (KDS) on various topics/issues.
∎ Develop good practice and innovative human resource initiatives.
∎ Maintain contact, liaison, network and coordination with the actors of the Public and Private sector for exchange ideas/ views, good practices and learnings.
∎ Represent Caritas Bangladesh in different Public and Private sector Forums/Clusters/Associations/ Campaigns, etc. as assigned by the Caritas Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in the similar job in any reputed organizations. Experience in working on HRM in emergency programs is strongly preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law shall be treated as additional qualifications.
∎ Sound knowledge on Basic Functions of HRM.
∎ Ability to develop innovative idea and solution on HR issues.
∎ Skills for producing different HR and administrative related letters.
∎ Knowledge on operating HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ICT particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), Power Point etc., is essential.
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English language.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, coordination and training/facilitation skills.
∎ Should have persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges.
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
