Job Context:
∎ Reserveit BD is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in related field.
∎ We are looking for a highly capable HR Manager to optimize our web-based application performance. You will be collaborating with our developers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resources:
∎ Implement recruitment of short- and long-term personal through collection and verification of candidate documentation.
∎ Organize and participate in review of job applications, candidate shortlisting, and interviews.
∎ Check professional references and prepare job offers.
∎ Conduct termination procedures, including arranging exit interviews, and collection of all equipment and termination documents.
∎ Liaise with local newspapers and other forum to place job vacancy announcements.
∎ Support work permit requirements for expatriate staff.
∎ Monitors training material and confirms it's all up to date.
∎ Files and archives accurate records.
∎ Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
∎ Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
∎ Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
∎ Office Management:
∎ Manage utilities service agreements for office operations
∎ Maintain documentation on insurance, including office equipment and property.
∎ Manage project inventory, ensuring regular physical audits are conducted and that that inventory is properly marked.
∎ Support logistical arrangements for project activities.
∎ Provides administrative support for the directors as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 2+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
∎ Skills:
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

∎ Will be discussed after passing the first interview session. It is negotiable.
