Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with the labor laws of Bangladesh.
∎ Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection for our head office and manufacturing unit.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees of our head office and manufacturing unit.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and career advancement for our head office and manufacturing unit.
∎ Design and administer employee benefit programs for our head office and manufacturing unit.
∎ Manage compensation and incentive programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay adjustments for our head office and manufacturing unit.
∎ Ensure compliance with all labor laws of Bangladesh and regulations set by our clients.
∎ Knowledge of compliance management considered an asset.
∎ Requires applicant to be mobile between Head Office and Industrial Park (manufacturing unit located in Valuka - transportation available at Head Office).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
∎ 5+ years of experience in HR management in the ready-made garment industry in Bangladesh.
∎ Extensive knowledge of the labor laws of Bangladesh and regulations set by the clients in the ready-made garment industry.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the ready-made garment industry in Bangladesh.
