Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and develop manpower planning
∎ Recruit & employ appropriate people for vacant positions
∎ Evaluate and reward employees
∎ Assess and develop employees
∎ Motivate and retain employees
∎ Create productive and value base culture
∎ Support business as business partner
∎ Maintain discipline and order among staff
∎ Resolve any workplace issue among staff
∎ Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
∎ Conducting performance and wage reviews.
∎ Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Creating clear and concise reports.
∎ Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
∎ Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
∎ Suggest necessary changes or improvements to management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-15 years of experience with minimum 3/5 years in managerial position
∎ Communication Skills: Need exceptionally good communication skills in English to draft clear, concise, and unambiguous reports and recommendations for the management.
∎ Ms Office/Software: Must possess exceptional computer skills and be highly proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will be used to create financial reports and recommendations. Must be highly proficient in the use of HR Management ERP Odoo, Expensify, and JD Edwards.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; be confident and have outstanding personality, work comfortably with senior business management; ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment; be very analytical and procedural, highly organized, self-starter and demonstrate an ability to remain calm and composed during times of stress and uncertainty, inspiring the same in his team.
∎ Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, having the ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team as well as senior business leadership. Be a person who forms strong bonds with other people and who inspires trust and confidence in both his peers, senior, and external partners, enabling the smooth execution of his duties.
∎ Legal Knowledge: Must have good knowledge on labour laws and other rules and regulations related to this field.

Salary: Negotiable
