Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
∎ Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
∎ Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
∎ Implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company values.
∎ Conduct employee feedback sessions and exit interviews to gather insights and improve employee satisfaction.
∎ Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and feedback to managers.
∎ Develop and maintain performance improvement plans when necessary.
∎ Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
∎ Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, culture, and retention.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals.
∎ Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
∎ Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 32 years

∎ Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a creative agency or tech industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and tools.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
