We are looking for a strategic and self-driven **Business Development Executive** who will help our company strengthen its position in the Global market and grow globally. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns, sales and ensuring that all marketing activities align with our company’s goals and objectives.

On top of that, we are looking for a leader who is confident to make decisions on launching marketing campaigns, precise in communication with colleagues, and professional when managing operations. You will collaborate directly with the COO and CEO to align marketing team efforts with effective strategies to bring results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer inbound/outbound inquiries from clients looking for UI/UX Design services from Musemind.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.
∎ Researching and analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers and partners, and negotiating and closing deals.
∎ Creating compelling proposals and presentations to clients to win new business for the organization.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
∎ Develop exceptional relationships with customers by building rapport and developing trust.
∎ Work closely with design managers and department heads to ensure a positive working relationship and project outcomes.
∎ Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts; responsible for the day-to-day management of active projects.
∎ Manage multiple channels of communication in a high-volume environment.
∎ Responsible for managing client invoices, vendor contracts, and monthly billing.
∎ Preparing analytical reports on activities and future plans.
∎ Implement a consultative approach to understand the business's needs fully.
∎ Educate clients on the Value and benefits of UI/UX design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or relevant role.
∎ Have experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
∎ A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or marketing is preferred.
∎ Experienced in Global Sales & Marketing will be highly appreciated.
∎ Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ Excellent Pitch, presentation & communication skills.
∎ Strong, convincing negotiation skills.
∎ Educational background (English medium will be given more preference)
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to handle stress and have the mindset to "Go an extra mile."
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
