Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to Developing and Implementing HR Strategies and Initiatives align with the overall business strategy. And proper Implementation, Execution and maintain all functions related to Human Resource Management.
∎ Bridging Management and Employee Relations by addressing demands, Grievances or other issues
∎ Supports current and Future Business needs through the Development, Engagement, Motivation and Preservation of Human Capital
∎ Development and Monitor overall HR strategies, Systems, Tactics, and Procedures across the organization
∎ Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Ensure the Rights, Responsibilities, and Disciplines of all Employees
∎ Establish and Carry high standard recruitment process to assigning best suitable employees to the every designations. To be develop company's professional recruitment policy.
∎ Establish methodology and continually carryout high standard of Asses the needs, Skill Development & Knowledge Enhancement program to develop the capacity and professional strength of all employees. To be develop overall Training & Development strategy
∎ Ensure disciplines of every employees and actions in place at real means and real time.
∎ Fulfill and Maintain approved human resource strength as per the approved manpower budgets and periodical plans & requirements
∎ Control the Employee turnover and the Absenteeism to the acceptable and best level as per the Industry Benchmarks
∎ Ensure to avoid all kind of Employer-Employee conflicts, and control the conflicts between employees on the spot
∎ Carryout to maintain required Orientations, Brainwash, and Motivational activities periodically and when required
∎ Ensure to having most suitable financially viable salary structure align with company's business functionality, and making sure the accuracy of it related to each and every Employee
∎ Ensure the organization, Safety, Cleanliness, and Housekeeping in every workplace
∎ Nurture a positive working environment
∎ Carryout the projects and special tasks assigning by the management
∎ Report to management and provide Decision support through HR Metrics
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Working Experience as Head of HRM in Reputed Organization/s
∎ Minimum 3 years' Experience in similar position and 10 Years total Experience in the field of HRM
∎ In-depth knowledge of Labor low and HR practices
∎ Knowledge of workplace safety and Compliances
∎ Knowledge on HR Systems and Databases
∎ Competence to build and effective management interpersonal relationship at all level of the organization
∎ Good literature in English and Computer skills
