∎ Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM, MBA in HRM / Master's in HRM will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skill

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth and systematic HR, Admin, and Compliance Practices as per Company Policy
∎ Prepare yearly recruitment planning with the consultation of the function heads and yearly Budget.
∎ Ensure the supply of talented workforce in the organization through organized recruitment & selection process.
∎ Ensure new joiner orientation and Induction Program with soft skill training.
∎ Ensure to plan and execute as per KPI follow-up schedule.
∎ Develop leadership techniques, SOP, system approaches, and manage change to create a good environment within the organization.
∎ Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
∎ Facilitating probationary employee training and also responsible for all types of Training and Development program, make feedback report for need analysis.
∎ Facilitate Training Needs Analysis & Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
∎ Communicate with employees regarding their inquiries about salary, work problem, company rules, and other concerns.
∎ Maintain regular HR Operations activities.
∎ Maintain and regularly update master database in ERP (personal file, personal database of each employee.
∎ Monitoring Leave and Late Management of HO & projects.
∎ Ensure HR related internal & external communication i.e. Letters / Memos / minutes/ Office Circulars / Approval and prepare monthly/periodical HR reports.
∎ Different operational report generating and data analysis as per business requirement.
∎ Management of staff transition - Probation, Confirmation, Increment, Transfers
∎ Day-to-day administrative support in office and projects premises
∎ Managing Company Transport and delivery for a smooth Supply Chain
∎ Personal File Management
∎ Monitor daily attendance, absence, and leave of security personnel. Compensation and Benefits
∎ Manpower Data Analysis
∎ Prepare & Update Organogram, Manpower budget, Standard
∎ Prepare Job Specification & Job descriptions for all positions
∎ Arrange meeting and prepare meeting minutes
∎ Submit monthly departmental costs and budget to Management
∎ Take initiative to motivate workers and staff on different types of issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ HR Operations, Organizational Development, People and Culture Management, Team Leadership.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill
