∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin Management, Administration, Generalist as Human Resources Management, Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the company's human resources planning, the formulation of job descriptions and the formulation and modification of personnel administration systems, including employee manual, company recruitment system, performance appraisal system, training system, employee attendance system, etc.;
∎ Implement the operational processes of human resource management practices and various rules and regulations, and cooperate with other business departments;
∎ Implemented recruitment workflow and coordinated. Handle staff recruitment. Entry. Resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures;
∎ Coordinate the on-boarding training of new employees, contact the organization of external training and track the training effect. Feedback;
∎ Responsible for employee salary settlement, etc
∎ Help to establish employee relations, coordinate the relationship between employees and management, and organize employee activities.
∎ Responsible for employee visa application, extension, entry and exit, etc.
∎ Handled administrative affairs such as office and staff dormitory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Qualifications:
∎ College degree or above in human resources or related major;
∎ Experience is preferred;
∎ Familiar with the operation process of various human resource management practices, familiar with various national labor and personnel regulations and policies, and can actually operate and apply
∎ Have good professional ethics, steady, careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication. Coordination ability, team work spirit;
∎ Proficient in using relevant office software
∎ Good oral English, excellent reading and writing skills.
∎ Working experience in Bangladesh is a plus
