∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
∎ Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Lead site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and technical staff.
∎ Assign tasks and monitor the work progress of on-site staff.
∎ Monitor all construction activities to ensure work meets the required specifications and standards.
∎ Conduct inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
∎ Ensure that materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of resources (labor, materials, equipment).
∎ Order materials and equipment as needed to keep the project on schedule.
∎ Provide daily/weekly progress reports, highlighting any issues or delays.
∎ Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when necessary.
∎ Maintain detailed records of work activities, including material usage and labor hours.
∎ Proactively find solutions to improve efficiency and address potential risks
∎ Experiments in ground/soft soil improvement-related works like DC & PVD works will add extra value.
