∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference from any renowned institute such as, Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement HR strategies, HR policies, initiatives, code of conduct of the company aligning with the overall business strategy.
∎ Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning and recruitment accordingly and supervise on job descriptions and job specifications.
∎ Ensure employees benefit and compensation, industrial relations and oversee welfare facilities and guidelines welfare officer.
∎ Plan and supervise on training needs assessment, prepare training calendar, arrange training program, conduct and supervise training program, Prepare Policy and update it as per requirement.
∎ Develop and implement factory related HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and benefits programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development programs, payroll administration and employee record management.
∎ Oversee factory payroll management, establish company wages and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Bangladesh Labor Law and maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Oversee and manage KPI-based performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Improve the existing process and functions & facilities of the company to ensure the efficiency of resources and maximize the return.
∎ Work as a representative of the company in all matters of mutual interest with labor unions, Employers' Association, and Govt. agencies responsible for administering matters related to union handling and labor dispute-related issues.
∎ Administer the employee separation process for all management & non-management employees during dismiss, discharge, termination etc.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Oversee the administrative works include office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs, general site/office maintenance.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of employee health, safety, fire prevention and firefighting, hygiene, and environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Solid working experience in managing HR functions of any factory
∎ Should have a vast knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law and ability to implement the best practice.
∎ Working knowledge in Trade Union to facilitate better cooperation and communication between labor and management.
∎ Experience managing all aspects of a human resources functions such as employee/labor relations, compensation, staffing, benefits, safety, training, communications and discipline.
∎ Must have experience in the following areas: core HR knowledge, payroll management, labor Law, Industrial relations, factory HR & admin operations.
∎ Excellent working proficiency in MS-Excel/G-Suit and have a strong presentation skill.
∎ Excellent decision-making ability, interpersonal skill, dynamic, self-motivated.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Experience in managing HR departmental budgets team management and coaching/developing employee performance.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization.
∎ Strong dispute and grievance resolving skills.
