Experience:
PGD in HRM
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Identify manpower requirements and coordinate hiring plans.
Conduct interviews, candidate evaluations, and hiring formalities.
Develop talent acquisition strategies for operational and corporate positions.
Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
Supervise daily HR & Admin activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline.
Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, and separation procedures.
Coordinate administrative support for smooth office operations.
Develop and monitor KPI/KRA-based performance systems.
Conduct performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
Support department heads in employee productivity improvement.
Assist management in organizational development initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
Organize employee engagement and motivational activities.
Ensure proper communication between management and employees.
Identify training needs and arrange development programs.
Conduct employee orientation and policy training sessions.
Support leadership and skill development initiatives.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, overtime, incentives, and benefits processing.
Monitor compensation structure and employee benefits administration.
Support salary review and performance-based increment processes.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company regulations.
Maintain HR compliance documentation and reports.
Monitor workplace ethics, safety, and professional standards.
