Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Identify manpower requirements and coordinate hiring plans.

  • Conduct interviews, candidate evaluations, and hiring formalities.

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies for operational and corporate positions.

  • Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Supervise daily HR & Admin activities.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline.

  • Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, and separation procedures.

  • Coordinate administrative support for smooth office operations.

Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor KPI/KRA-based performance systems.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and employee evaluations.

  • Support department heads in employee productivity improvement.

  • Assist management in organizational development initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

  • Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Organize employee engagement and motivational activities.

  • Ensure proper communication between management and employees.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and arrange development programs.

  • Conduct employee orientation and policy training sessions.

  • Support leadership and skill development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, overtime, incentives, and benefits processing.

  • Monitor compensation structure and employee benefits administration.

  • Support salary review and performance-based increment processes.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company regulations.

  • Maintain HR compliance documentation and reports.

  • Monitor workplace ethics, safety, and professional standards.
