Job Context:
∎ Directly reporting to: Principal, DPS STS School Dhaka
∎ Responsible for: Supervising the HR activities at DPS STS School Dhaka, one of the leading educational institutions of Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The HR Manager implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, welfare benefits, training and development, records' management, succession planning, employee relations and retention. The HR Manager also promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs and directing staff.
∎ Apart from relevant educational qualifications, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience. A proven and successful background in the HR department of educational institutions will be highly beneficial.
