Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ A Master's degree or MBA as HRM is highly preferred.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 3 years in a managerial role in the RMG sector.
∎ Prior experience in setting up or expanding factory operations is highly desirable.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
∎ Strong understanding of EPZ labour laws, compliance, and factory safety regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
∎ String problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Ability in work in a best-paced, high-pressure environment.
∎ Knowledge of sustainability initiatives in the RMG sector is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with compliance standards of international buyers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding:
∎ Develop and execute recruitment plans to hire 1,500+ employees for the 20-line setup, including Operators, Supervisors, Helpers and administrative staff.
∎ Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
∎ Workforce Planning and Management:
∎ Collaborate with department heads to develop workforce plans aligned with production schedules.
∎ Monitor staff performance and productivity, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
∎ Compliance and Employee Relations:
∎ Ensure compliance with EPZ labour laws, factory regulations and ethical standards.
∎ Address employee grievances and maintain a harmonious work environment.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Design and implement training programs for skill development, particularly for production staff.
∎ Conduct leadership and compliance training for supervisors and managers.
∎ Compensation and Benefits:
∎ Develop competitive compensation structures and administer payroll.
∎ Manage employee welfare programs and ensure statutory benefits are provided.
∎ HR Policies and Systems:
∎ Establish HR policies, including attendance, lave management and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Leverage HR software for efficient workforce management and rend-keeping.
∎ Sustainability and Employee Well-being:
∎ Promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
∎ Develop and monitor employee wellness programs.
∎ As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
