Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  2. PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  1. Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee record keeping.

  2. Basic understanding of Bangladesh Labour Act.

  3. Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

  4. Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, email communication.

  5. Ability to prepare attendance, overtime, and salary-related reports.

  6. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Maintain employee personal files, attendance records, leave records, and HR documents.

  1. Prepare and update employee joining documents, appointment letters, ID cards, and other HR forms.

  2. Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, employee joining, and orientation.

  3. Monitor daily attendance, late attendance, overtime, and absenteeism.

  4. Prepare monthly attendance summaries, overtime sheets, and salary-related data.

  5. Maintain leave records including casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, and festival holidays.

  6. Support employee confirmation, probation review, warning letters, resignation, and final settlement processes.

  7. Ensure company rules and HR policies are followed properly.

  8. Assist management in employee relations, discipline, and workplace compliance.

  9. Coordinate with QC, inspection, and admin teams for manpower planning.

  10. Maintain office discipline, cleanliness, visitor records, and administrative documents.

  11. Support compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and company HR policies.

  12. Prepare HR reports as required by management.
