Experience:

• At least 20 years

• Graduated or Degree from any Private/Public Institutions.

• At least 20 years

• Age 40 to 50 years

• At least 20 year(s) prior experience in production management in the apparel/Ready-made garments sector or similar industries;·      

• Experience working in Japan and within Japanese business environments;·      

• Demonstrated negotiation skills with customers in the sales or service industry of garments/apparel;·      

• Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required);·      

• Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese   Companies.

• Communicate with international and local buyers, suppliers, sourcing agents, apparel factories owners and production teams to manage the long-term business partnerships and expand future order pipelines on behalf of principal company;

• Research and Analyze buyers/suppliers’ requirements, technical specifications, and product designs to prepare the accurate design, pricing strategy, and order confirmation paperwork;

• Develop samples, approve fabrics and apparel, and coordinate with design and production units to meet buyer quality standards and ensure timelines;

• Prepare and present weekly updates to higher management regarding operation status, sourcing issues, production challenges, and collaboration schedules;

• Ensure to provide best services to new international or local suppliers for apparel, fabrics, accessories, and production technologies to enhance cost efficiency, product innovation, and overall merchandising smooth performance;
