Experience:

• At least 30 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduated from any Private/Public University.

• Age 50 to 60 years

• Prior experience in retail and wholesale business, Garments and House Hold Sector or similar industries;
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with foreign and local clients in the garments and household sector;
• Must have experience to work with top-level of Japanese Management;
• Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;
• Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required).

• Coordinate with local and international partners, factory owners, industry stakeholders, and project partners to provide research-based market insights, project updates, and sector analysis aligned with Japanese standards on behalf of the principal company;
• Report to Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., Japan (Head Office) about monthly activities and services including project progress, operational challenges, financial and non-financial issues of the Bangladesh Liaison Office;
• Research and identify new sales channels and market segments to expend the business operation in Bangladesh;
• Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
• Support the development of long-term strategic plans for the garments sector by analyzing industry trends, factory capabilities, production technologies, and buyer requirements;
