Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern, fit, and measurement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsibilities & Context:
The Executive – Sample (N Tech – H&M) is responsible for developing buyer-approved samples as per H&M technical requirements, ensuring on-time sample submission, maintaining quality standards, minimizing rework, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support smooth sample development and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Review H&M Tech Packs, BOM, and measurement charts before sample development.
Provide accurate sewing instructions to sample operators as per buyer requirements.
Ensure correct fabric, trims, accessories, print, embroidery, and wash for sample development.
Verify garment measurements, fit, workmanship, and finishing before submission.
Coordinate with Merchandising, CAD, Pattern, Fabric, Cutting, and Sample teams for timely sample completion.
Monitor sample progress and ensure on-time submission to the buyer.
Conduct in-line quality checks and resolve technical issues during sample development.
Minimize sample rework and ensure first-time-right sample approval.
Improve sample room productivity through effective planning and resource utilization.
Maintain sample records, buyer comments, and submission status for future reference.
