• Only Male

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and email correspondence.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, calibration procedures, and quality standards will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test incoming packaging raw materials, including kraft paper, liners, and fluting medium.

• Conduct laboratory testing of corrugated boards and finished cartons, including:

  • Bursting Strength Test (BST)

  • Edge Crush Test (ECT)

  • Box Compression Test (BCT)

  • Cobb Test (Water Absorption)

  • Grammage (GSM)

  • Thickness (Caliper)

  • Moisture Content Test

• Record, analyze, and maintain laboratory test reports accurately.

• Ensure packaging materials and finished products comply with customer specifications and company quality standards.

• Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment.

• Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis with the Quality and Production teams.

• Follow ISO, GMP, 5S, and workplace safety requirements.

• Assist in developing and improving laboratory testing methods and quality control processes.
