Job Description / Responsibility

We are a leading Garments Buying House looking for an experienced, dynamic, and proactive Quality Control (QC) Officer/Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of garments from production to final delivery, handling all technical aspects, and resolving quality issues efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

·        Oversee and manage all quality control processes throughout the production cycle.

·        Hand-on experience in managing and maintaining QC Files, tech packs, approved samples, and related documentation.

·        Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections according to buyer standards and AQL levels.

·        Identify quality risks/defects early in production and take immediate corrective and preventive actions.

·        Solve any technical or quality-related issues independently and efficiently.

·        Maintain strong coordination between the merchandising team, factory QC teams, and buyers.

Educational Requirements

·        Bachelor/Honors

·        Diploma

·        Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

·        Graduate/Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or any discipline.

·        Educational qualification is negotiable/relaxable for candidates with solid professional experience.

Experience Requirements

·        2 to 5 year(s)

·        The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House.

·        Also, must have experience in woven & knit working in both manufacturing and buying house.

Additional Requirements

·        Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven working experience as a QC in a reputed Garments Buying House or Manufacturing Plant.

·        Strong knowledge of garments construction, workmanship, and AQL standards.

·        Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment deadlines.
