  • Ability to prepare professional emails and business correspondence.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and customer order management will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Officer – Packaging to join our team.

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and coordinate with the Sales team.

  • Review order details, artwork, specifications, quantity, delivery schedule, and customer requirements before releasing orders to production.

  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time order execution.

  • Monitor production progress and provide regular order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, artwork approval, and product specifications.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate customer order records, correspondence, delivery schedules, and reports.

  • Coordinate with Finance regarding delivery documents, invoices, and payment-related information when required.

  • Ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly across all departments to minimize errors and delays.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
