Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, English, or any relevant discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare professional emails and business correspondence.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of ERP systems and customer order management will be an added advantage.
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Officer – Packaging to join our team.
Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and coordinate with the Sales team.
Review order details, artwork, specifications, quantity, delivery schedule, and customer requirements before releasing orders to production.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time order execution.
Monitor production progress and provide regular order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, artwork approval, and product specifications.
Prepare and maintain accurate customer order records, correspondence, delivery schedules, and reports.
Coordinate with Finance regarding delivery documents, invoices, and payment-related information when required.
Ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly across all departments to minimize errors and delays.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
