Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Work at Factory
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily HR & Admin operations of the factory under the guidance of senior officials.
Support in the recruitment and selection process for workers and staff.
Maintain and update employee files, personal data, attendance, and leave records accurately.
Assist in payroll data collection, ID card preparation, and other HR documentation.
Help to implement company policies regarding discipline, attendance, leave, and grievance handling.
Support the compliance team in documentation, audit preparation, and worker welfare activities.

Knowledge on ERP -
To maintain inventory
To maintain minimum and maximum stock levels
To receive and dispatch finished products
To ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards
To monitor all operational warehousing activities
To maintain proper storage conditions
To maintain proper records
