Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduates/ Post Graduates from any UGC Approved University.
∎ Candidate having MBA/BBA/PGDHRM will get privilege.

∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with department heads to identify critical position within the organization and account for the same while devising the compensation and benefits strategy.
∎ Identify key management roles and prepare a succession planning of critical roles.
∎ Support business and department by providing inputs in ABP.
∎ Periodically review organization structure, manpower numbers, lines of control and delegation of authority to ensure it meets the needs of business and ensure speed and flexibility in decision making.
∎ Support Head of HR & Admin in key change management initiatives related to HR/ organization transformation in response to business/environment dynamics.
∎ Participate in the selection process as per the hiring matrix; Oversee smooth on-boarding and induction of the new recruits.
∎ Act as a single point of contact for queries for all employee related to rules, regulations, policy and procedures.
∎ Responsible for preparation of salary inputs based on attendance records.
∎ Ensure timely execution of confirmation, attendance reconciliation, tax return and final settlement.
∎ Manage internal communication system by ensuring employees' SIM, email and other tools are functional.
∎ Handle employee queries to enable employees to seek prompt & effective resolution of issues faced.
∎ Facilitate timely goal setting, performance reviews and moderation process for Corporate Functions and small businesses and provide guidance for seamless implementation of PMS process.
∎ Maintain employee database - employee personal file & information documentation offline & in Oracle (including data related to attendance, leaves, salary advances etc.)
∎ Ensure timely issuance and renewal of licenses of business concerns under Complex-1. and responsible for rent of facilities and other payments against utility.
∎ Ensure adherence to all Administration policies and SOPs at the concerned businesses and functions.
∎ Ensure effective operations of all support and administrative services like canteen, transport, housekeeping, etc. of all locations to facilitate smooth functioning of office and create a conducive work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance Knowledge in Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint.
∎ Candidate must have the following skills: Managerial & Leadership, Communication & Decision Making, Compliance.
