∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the HR Lead in the functional areas as an expert.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance of the functions.
∎ Provides KPI based performance management guidelines to line management(e.g. coaching, counseling, career development)
∎ Work closely with functional heads to improve work relationships, build morale, analysis workforce efficiency using analytics.
∎ Design learning map by assigning competency level.
∎ Implement the initiatives of Center of excellence.
