Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the HOD of EHS DEPT to formulate plan, policies, rules and regulation.
∎ Assist the HOD and team members regarding overall EHS issues of the factory and ensure proper implementation of policies, rules and regulations.
∎ Facilitate visit and round the overall unit including production places and surroundings to find out overall EHS hazards and note down points and overall situation
∎ Monitor health hazards and employee's HEALTH and HYGIENE issues and assist HOD to adopt a best suitable method to ensure healthy and hygienic work place for workers and employees.
∎ Regularly check FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT (FFE), fire extinguishers and ensure functionality.
∎ Ensure usage of PPE for employees, workers, contractors' labors.
∎ Prepare reports of overall INSPECTION and maintain and update overall registers, accidents and incidents reports, training records etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ MS Office, Good writing and speaking Skills in English
