Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Management or relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative Support
∎ Support all office administration, logistics, and petty cash management.
∎ Ensure all eligible employees are under insurance coverage, update the list by including & excluding, claim process and settlements.
∎ Vehicle management: all documents are up to date, provide maintenance guidance to field team.
∎ Maintain company's assets and also guide field team to maintain & keep updated records.
∎ Ensure HQ & regional teams are getting smooth work place and day to day admin support.
∎ Ensure logistic support for all employees where required. Support to implementing any program in field offices and transportation & accommodation support for field visit team.
∎ HR Support
∎ Key HR point for the organization.
∎ Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain management guidelines, conduct periodic reviews and make necessary updates through consultation with Senior Management.
∎ Recruitment and Selection: Job specification, AD post, CV Screening, Interview scheduled & conduct, Orientation, On Board process and logistic support.
∎ Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
∎ Preparing and Maintaining the HR and Administration budgets in alignment with organization and other Heads of Departments (HODs).
∎ Drive engagement programs within the Team.
∎ Ensure all employees database, leave and attendance are updated and keep records for every day.
∎ Ensure all employees are updated with compensation and benefits facilities.
∎ Prepare various HR related letters and reports.
∎ Procurement Support
∎ Support company's procurement process and ensure all required demands are delivered on time.
∎ Support and guide regional office to maintain the process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' of professional experience in office management, staff management, HR strategy or relevant field.
∎ Working knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law provisions, updated on the most recent employment standards and practices.
∎ Demonstrated ability to conduct desk research and analyze various kinds of information to generate strategic insights.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills, with written/spoken fluency in Bangla and English.
∎ Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good interpersonal and organizing skills.
∎ Proficiency in basic IT tools, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
