Job Responsibilities:
∎ Projects Management: 50%
∎ Leading project planning sessions
∎ Coordinating staff and internal resources
∎ Managing project progress and adapt work as required
∎ Ensuring projects meet deadlines
∎ Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
∎ Designing and signing off on contracts
∎ Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
∎ Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
∎ Designing risk mitigation plan
∎ Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
∎ Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
∎ Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
∎ Managing large and diverse teams
∎ Partnership Management and Engagement: 15%
∎ Identify, assess, and secure potential partnerships with national/global manufacturers in the sanitary hardware, clean drinking water and agricultural inputs markets
∎ Provide technical assistance for the design and formalization of partnerships from agreement signing to kick-off
∎ Develop and maintain a database of partnership related activities
∎ Coordinate activities between project staff and partner stakeholders across different layers to ensure operational efficiency
∎ Proposal Development & Submission: 25%
∎ Responsible for leading Proposal Development and writing
∎ Responsible for bringing in & managing pipeline of new partners and donor
∎ Social Media Communication: 10%
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share content across organization's communication channels in digital and traditional formats that builds meaningful connections.
∎ Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase visibility of JITA's activity to the audience/externals.
∎ Overall responsibility for keep JITA's official sites (website, FB, LinkedIn) up to date.
∎ Social Media Communication: 10%
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share content across organization's communication channels in digital and traditional formats that builds meaningful connections.
∎ Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase visibility of JITA's activity to the audience/externals.
∎ Overall responsibility for keep JITA's official sites (website, FB, LinkedIn) up to date.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-6 years' experience with minimum 2 years' experience in managing business development; managing key accounts; and/or private sector development work with NGOs.
∎ Knowledge and experience in working on both Private sector and development, a big plus.
