∎ Graduate from any reputed university with a business background, preferably MBA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with stellar track record of achieving targets and growing businesses. The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing a portfolio of BDT 7+ Cr per month, efficiently leading a diverse field team located across the country, while managing a pool of nationally and internationally renowned corporate partners.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have minimum of 7 years' experience managing and leading sales and distribution operations.
∎ Aggressively pursue business targets to achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals.
∎ Proactively developing new uncovered markets and establishing supply chain to serve them.
∎ Regularly coordinating with corporate partner representatives to resolve issues on the ground.
∎ Tracking sales trend and suggesting corrective action.
∎ Working closely with the salesforce and monitor day to day performance and train them in regular basis to improve their performance.
∎ Maintaining strong and positive working relationship with each corporate partner.
∎ Managing team to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports of product lifting as well as penetration and share with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Managing and developing the overall team's capabilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years working experience in field sales management in FMCG, rural market exposure preferred.
∎ Ownership and leadership skills.
∎ Good knowledge on market development strategies and policies.
∎ Honest, Reliable and Result Oriented.
∎ Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver.
∎ Good Knowledge of MS office package.
∎ Passion for Business and people development.
