Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and the hospital staff.
∎ Handle patient grievances, complaints, and feedback professionally.
∎ Guide patients and visitors regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities.
∎ Represent the hospital in interactions with the media, community, and other external stakeholders.
∎ Issue press releases and official statements on behalf of the hospital.
∎ Organize press conferences, media briefings, and hospital-related events.
∎ Maintain a positive image of the hospital through consistent and strategic communication.
∎ Respond to public inquiries and manage crisis communication in sensitive situations.
∎ Monitor and manage the hospital’s reputation on digital platforms and in public forums.
∎ Plan and coordinate hospital events, health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local communities, schools, corporates, and NGOs.
∎ Promote hospital services and initiatives through public events.
∎ Disseminate information within the hospital through newsletters, memos, or internal meetings.
∎ Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
∎ Support HR in communicating policies, updates, and employee engagement activities.
∎ Assist in the implementation of hospital policies related to customer service and patient satisfaction.
∎ Maintain records of media interactions, complaints, feedback, and public communications.
∎ Prepare regular reports for hospital management on public feedback and media coverage.
∎ Manage or oversee the hospital's social media pages, ensuring regular, informative, and engaging content.
∎ Monitor online reviews and respond to public comments or concerns professionally.
∎ Coordinate digital campaigns and public announcements.
