Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Sales of Home Loan Product -Sourcing business through open market through different channels.
∎ Continuously generating prospect customers and referrals from every visit.
∎ Selling products using face-to-face techniques.
∎ Organize Campaigns in different offices and factories.
∎ Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve the target.
∎ Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
∎ Meet clients, verify documents, process files for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of the loan.
∎ Ensure the achievement of the given business targets.
∎ Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
