Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum Qualification and Experience in physical/General practitioner with MBBS Degree and 8 years work experience
∎ Assist to the program manager and Deputy program manager
∎ Assist to conduct staff meeting
∎ The duty station will be donor office with frequent visits to all donor pilot hospital to supervise and monitor tasks of Medical officers
∎ Responsible for monitoring the quality of health service, claims invoicing and progress monitoring of membership registration and related activities
∎ Responsible for sample verification of all invoicing based on prescribed clinical protocols
∎ Participate in different meetings/workshops, team planning to achieve the project goal
∎ Have strong will to learn through learning by doing process
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the Project office
∎ Willing to work in a team
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years work experience in health sector will be given preference
∎ Reviewing performance appraisal in a participatory way and developing carrier path through appropriate training
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
Salary: Tk. 95000 (Monthly)
