• Oversee, Co-ordinate and promote the company’s quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer`s requirements

• Manage and oversee fabric quality control processes

• Develop and implement quality standards and inspection processes

• Ensure inspection of fabrics or raw materials to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards

• Ensure routines, methods and SOPs are aligned and practiced during every stage of production and quality/checking

• Coordinate with SCM department to address any quality issues of materials

• Maintain detailed records of quality metrics and fabric performance

• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues

• Analyze the trends to understand the performance of the key local and worldwide suppliers

• Ensure all quality control equipment and tools are properly functioning

• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and SOPs

• Review and approve fabric samples before they go into production

• Ensure timely quality reports to management

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the fabric production process

• Adopt latest fabric technology and quality control techniques
