• Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of raw materials

• Establish and ensure standard store and inventory management policy & planning

• Maintain store inventory by using modern Inventory Management Software

• Ensure physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store inventory

• Distribute store materials as per approved requisition

• Ensure goods are received as well as released maintaining all documentation

• Prepare monthly report according to movement flow and submit to Internal Audit/Authority

• Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, commercial, accounts and concern department regarding store issues

• Monitor Issuing materials against approval requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure

• Supervise the warehouse and ensure timely delivery and logistics support

• Prepare as well as preserve all store related statements/documents according to custom bond requirement
