Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Harry Fashion Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Head of Washing. The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for Denim Product. Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements. Develop and put implement the changes into the current system and ensure the technical advancement for better output of the plant. Teach & train washing technician about advanced washing techniques. Responsible for ensure the quality of wash products/Garments. Develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several propositions as standard. Co-ordinate with merchandiser to make recipes records. Responsible for bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling. Any other special task assigned by top management.
