∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives;

∎ Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within budget constraints;
∎ Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality control processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have auto stripe, jacquard & pointel rib machine experience.Ensure daily Knitting Production based on programs.
∎ Ensure Knitting production per machine per day.
∎ Select & set Knitting parameter/Design based on program.
∎ Should be expert on all type of adjustment of knitting machines.
∎ Minimize Knitting defects & process loss must have to know the technical way.
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
∎ Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
∎ 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.
