∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the overall Technical team.
∎ Delegate tasks and achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
∎ Determine all the work requirements while significantly developing work schedules for the team.
∎ Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible during development and before bulk production for minimize wastages.
∎ Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and the management. This is to ensure that the orders are completed by maintaining a significant standard.
∎ Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and voice their concerns.
∎ Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when required.
∎ Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the relevant Departments.
∎ Be transparent time to time with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Candidate with Japanese buyer experience will given preference.
